We recommend wearing short, fitting shorts and a sleeveless t-shirt or sports top to your pole dance classes. In particular the skin of your legs is necessary to have grip.
Please remove jewelry such as earrings, rings, bracelets and necklaces before class.
Bring a towel for the mats and a bottle of water if you like (both optional).
For safety reasons, we ask everyone to not apply bodylotion, creams and/or oils on the day of class. Lotions and the like will cause you (and others) to lose grip.
Try to arrive at least 10 minutes before your class starts. If you booked in online, we’ll keep your place reserved until the start of class. After that your place can be assigned to someone else.
Did you arrive late? You may have to wait until the warm-up is done before the door can be opened for you!
We like to know who is coming to class, therefore you can register via the online class schedule. This also ensures your spot. It is however not necessary to do so.
Mind you, with 12 girls the class is full!
Class cards are personal and non-transferable. Every class card has a limited validity.
Check your credits page for the expiration date of your card(s).
