POLE BEGINNER BASIC

If you have little or no experience with pole dancing, this is the perfect course for you!

In 10 weeks you will learn the fundamentals of pole dance techniques.


Experience: no experience needed
Bring: short shorts and t-shirt/sports top. Water bottle and a towel not mandatory.

POLE BEGINNER PLUS

In the Beginner Plus classes you’ll learn more spins, more difficult climbs and combinations.

And… you’ll learn different pole moves upside down!


Experience: Beginner Basic completed
Bring: short shorts and t-shirt/sports top. Water bottle and a towel not mandatory.

POLE INTERMEDIATE

Once you feel completely at ease with inversions, climbs, sits, leg hangs and one-handed spins it’s time to move to our Intermediate class.

Here, the bar will be raised with movs like Jade splits and handstands.


Experience: Beginner Plus completed

POLE ADVANCED

This class is for everyone who wants to take pole dancing one step further.

As a true pole addict you will learn everything from handspring variations to drops and moves that will test the limits of your strength and flexibility. Pole like a pro!


Experience: Intermediate completed
Bring: short shorts and t-shirt/sports top. Water bottle and a towel not mandatory.

EXOTIC POLE

Feel feminine, confident and sexy in our Exotic Pole class!

Every 3 weeks you will learn a new choreography, where floorwork and pole dance will melt together into one sensual flow.


Experience: Beginner Basic completed
Bring: knee pads & high heels. Water bottle and a towel not mandatory.

POWER POLE

Power exercises in and with the pole & real power combinations – that’s Power Pole! A pole dance class with the emphasis on strength. Start your weekend right with this challenging-but-fun class.


Experience: Beginner Basic completed
Bring: short shorts and t-shirt/sports top. Water bottle and a towel not mandatory.

SPINNY POLE

Learn how to graciously move in the spinning pole and how to seamlessly stitch together moves and poses.


Experience: Beginner Basic completed

AERIAL HAMMOCK

Aerial Hammock is dancing in the air, circus and yoga all wrapped up in one! It’s a total body workout, so you will be working arms, shoulders, abs, booty and legs.

Every class you’ll learn a combination of moves, poses and transitions in the fabric.

Bring: legging, socks, t-shirt/body with (short) sleeves. Water bottle and a towel not mandatory.

AERIAL HOOP

Learn different ways to gracefully enter and exit the hoop, beautiful poses and dynamic combinations during the Aerial Hoop class.

Before you know it, you’re flying in the air like a true artist.

TWERK FIT

In the Twerk Fit class you can let go completely… shake, jiggle, sweat! This dance fitness class is cardio & toning all rolled into one; you’ll get stronger muscles, better stamina and a smile on your face.

Bring: sports outfit, knee pads & indoor gym shoes. Water bottle and a towel not mandatory.

STRENGTH & FLEX

Strength & Flex is for everyone who wants to work on both gaining strength and increasing flexibility.

PLAYTIME

After a short warming-up together,  you can train at your own pace, get inspired by others, prepare your competition act, stretch… whatever your (pole dance) heart desires.
