Aerial Hammock is dancing in the air, circus and yoga all wrapped up in one! After a proper warming-up we start the class with conditioning exercises to build strength. Aerial Hammock is a total body workout, so you will be working arms, shoulders, abs, booty and legs.
After the conditioning we will be working on a combination of moves, poses and transitions in the fabric. Everything will be explained step by step and demonstrated by the instructor.
At the end of class we will do a relaxing cooling-down of course.
This class is suited for all levels, no prior experience with Aerial Hammock or other aerials is needed. Remember that for hygienic reasons it is mandatory to wear clothes that cover up.
Duration: 60 min.
Bring: socks, leggings and a t-shirt with sleeves. A bottle of water and a towel are optional.
