Once you feel completely at ease with inversions, climbs, sits, leg hangs and one-handed spins it’s time to move to our Intermediate class.
Here, the bar will be raised with more advanced variations, combinations and handstands.

Requirements: Beginner 2 completed
Bring: short shorts, t-shirt/singlet/sports top, bottle of water and a towel (water and towel are not mandatory)
